Ldl Calculator
In connection with the published manuscript, we developed this website to allow direct and free online access to automatic LDL cholesterol calculations using a new method using an Excel or Stata .do file calculator. This is primarily intended to facilitate external validation studies and studies evaluating the clinical relevance of this new LDL cholesterol calculation. Instead of using a fixed factor of 5, this method is suitable for every person with one of 180 different factors for the assessment of VLDL cholesterol by triglycerides. The entry points are three direct measures of the standard lipid profile: total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol and triglycerides.

Meal Calorie Calculator
This calculator shows the number of calories you need to consume at every meal. For example, eat three meals a day. Breakfast must contain 30 to 35 percent of all calories. Likewise, lunch and dinner must reach 40 to 45 percent and dinner 20 to 35 percent of total calories. The results will be different for people who eat 4 or 5 times a day.
The following problems are generated by this calculator.
You get the calories you need for breakfast. In the morning, people eat a certain amount of calories. In this way, choosing the right foods will be much easier if you know exactly how many calories you need to consume.
It is recommended that you eat fewer calories at lunch. The calculator also gives you the calories you need to take for lunch.
For people who eat 3 times a day, dinner is the last meal. With this calculator, you can determine the number of calories you need to consume at the end of the day.

Knowing your theoretical Maximum Heart Rate (MaxHR / MHR) is an essential part of heart rate training. It will be used to determine your heart rate training zones and help you to understand precisely how hard you should be training & recovering.
There are many online resources that already provide this calculation, however, we thought we’d like to give our visitors access to the MaxHR calculation that has served us best since we started selling heart rate monitors in 1999.

What is QT interval?
The QT interval is an electrocardiogram measurement to evaluate several electrical properties of the heart. This is measured as the time from the beginning of the Q wave to the end of the T wave and near the time from which the ventricles begin to contract after relaxation is complete. Unusual short or long intervals can cause irregular heartbeats and immediate cardiac death. Variations in the QT interval can be caused by genetic disorders such as Long QT syndrome, certain medications, and blood salt disorders such as hypokalaemia or hypothyroidism due to hormonal abnormalities.
